Returns

You can return your purchases 35 days from your purchase date for a replacement or a refund. Our returns policy applies to our customers in both the United Kingdom and Europe.

How to begin your returns process

1. Login to your jrlinton account
2. Select the order you wish to return
3. Request an RMA
4. You will receive an email confirmation of the return request
5. Follow the instructions in the email

After we receive your returns

1. Our warehouse will check the returned product's condition
2. You will receive an email confirming all is well
3. A refund will be processed within 48 hours
4. The refunded amount will typically be credited to your card in 3-7 working days depending on your financial institution.
