In the unlikely event your product has a fault and the 35 days returns period has passed, we will provided you with the manufacturers contact center number to arrange a warranty repair, exception for any Linx or Intempo branded products; in which case Jrlinton will deal with the warranty claim. Warranty repairs/replacements have a turn around of 5-10 days and varies between manufacturers.
JR Linton will deal with warranty claims for all laptops and netbooks for a period of 12 months after the first 12 month manufacturer warranty expires. During this period a maximum of 3 claims is permitted during our warranty coverage with exclusions of batteries and chargers/adapters, UK customers only.
JR Linton will deal with warranty claims for all LED, LCD or Plasma TV for a period of 24 months after the first 12 month manufacturer warranty expires. During this period a maximum of 2 claims is permitted during our warranty coverage with exclusions of remotes and chargers/adapters, UK customers only.
