Warranty & Support

In the unlikely event your product has a fault and the 35 days returns period has passed, we will provided you with the manufacturers contact center number to arrange a warranty repair, exception for any Linx or Intempo branded products; in which case Jrlinton will deal with the warranty claim. Warranty repairs/replacements have a turn around of 5-10 days and varies between manufacturers.

Complimentary Two Year Laptop/Netbook Warranty*
JR Linton will deal with warranty claims for all laptops and netbooks for a period of 12 months after the first 12 month manufacturer warranty expires (manufacturer's coverage may apply up to 3 years in some cases). During this period a maximum of 3 claims is permitted during our warranty coverage. UK customers only.
- Exclusions:

  • Batteries
  • Chargers/adapters
  • Accidental/deliberate damages


Complimentary Two Year Warranty On All Desktops & All-In-One PCs*
JR Linton will deal with warranty claims for all Desktop & All-In-One PCs for a period of 12 months after the first 12 month manufacturer warranty expires (manufacturer's coverage may apply up to 3 years in some cases). During this period a maximum of 2 claims is permitted during our warranty coverage. UK customers only.
- Exclusions:

  • Keyboads & Mice
  • Chargers/adapters
  • Accidental/deliberate damages


Complimentary Three Year Warranty for Televisions & Monitors*
JR Linton will deal with warranty claims for all LED, LCD, 3D or Plasma TV & Monitors (manufacturer's coverage may apply up to 5 years in some cases) for a period of 24 months after the first 12 month manufacturer warranty expires. During this period a maximum of 2 claims is permitted during our warranty coverage. UK customers only.
- Exclusions:

  • Remotes
  • Chargers/adapters
  • Accidental/deliberate damages


Complimentary Two Year Warranty On All Canon Cameras*
JR Linton will deal with warranty claims for all Digital SLR and Compact Digital cameras for a period of 12 months after the first 12 month manufacturer warranty expires. During this period a maximum of 2 claims is permitted during our warranty coverage. UK customers only.
