Nice to see an online company acting swiftly with their customer's orders. Ordered the Samsung R530 in red Tuesday evening and got it 9am Wednesday morning! Great laptop, still getting to grips with Windows 7 after migrating from Windows XP.
PS that 2 year warranty will certainly come in handy :)

I wrote a review previoisly atout the service received from JR Linton and how excellent it was. I'm now taking it all back! Reasons being - JR Linton uses a premium!rate phone number - 7p a minute!! Therefore if youi need to contact them, be prepared to o spend a few quid on phone charges - outrageous. Secondly, the T101 laptop I purchased developed a fault after a week and had to go back. As I needed use of a laptop straight away and couldn't wait for it to be received back and a replacement sent out, I purchased a second one. the faulty item was picked up and expected a full refund on the faulty item once it was received back. Did I get it? no I did not - oh I received a refund alright - less 3% - why? because the outter packaging was damaged and there were some candle wax stains on the paperwork inside the box it came with. Oh yes, and a cat hairs or two on the bezel & keyboard gaps of the lappy. The fact that the item was received back in the same condition it was received was irrelevant. As I wrote to the company, extraordinary - remind me never to do business with JR Linton again - had I ordered this from Amazon there would have been a no quibble refund not to mention 7p a minute phone charges! The company is foolish to use such means (partial refund, premium rate phone line) to add to their profit. There are too many retailers out there who are keen for business to deal with one who rips their customers off.

One of the thing that i admire about him is that he dosent sell you a product just for the sale he makes sure that the product is right for you and the best value that works well. keep up the good work jeffery many more years of good services. thanks again
