The laptop has arrived and looks great, thank you. I appreciate your help in sorting this out.
One final thing: the laptop sleeve sent with the computer doesn't actually fit - it's too small for the U260. (Possibly because it's widescreen).
I am not too bothered as I chose JR Linton Electricals for the 2-year warranty rather than the mouse sleeve freebie, but I thought I should let you know before you send the same combination to someone who was really keen on that part of the deal!
